ICD-10 chapter metadata

A data frame mapping the 22 ICD-10 chapters used in MCCD to human-readable titles, ICD-10 code ranges, and epidemiological categories.

Usage

mccd_icd10_chapters

Format

A data frame with columns:

chapter_code

MCCD chapter code (e.g. "I.", "IX.")

title

Full chapter title

icd10_range

ICD-10 code range (e.g. "I00-I99")

category

Broad category: "Communicable", "NCD", "External", "Ill-defined", "Other"

subcategory

Finer label (e.g. "Cardiovascular", "Cancer")
